Account deletion is available from the viewer mobile app profile screen and the owner app or owner web settings page. You must confirm deletion with your current password, and if two-factor authentication is enabled you must also enter your current authenticator code. Deletion may be blocked until wallet balances or pending owner withdrawals are resolved. If you cannot access your account, contact support@itagetv.com.
